Additionally, even though our technicians average 14 years of experience each, they hold weekly training sessions to discuss best practices in the heating/air conditioning (HVAC) industry.

Carl Harris, Real Comfort Systems
Carl first became interested in the heating and air conditioning business as a sixteen year-old attending a vocational-technical class. He’s now been in the industry for 26 years, and is known for his honesty and quality service. He started Real Change Systems in 1999 because he wanted to create and build a business based on his philosophy of customer service excellence.
Carl believes in hassle-free service, meaning the job gets done right the first time, and each customer is delighted with the results. After twenty six years in the industry, Carl knows his reputation is on the line, every day.
Carl is also one of just a handful of HVAC technicians in the nation who are Building Performance Institute certified.
When not at work, Carl enjoys spending time with his wife, Debbie and their five-year- old triplet sons, who he hopes will join him in business in 2025!
Debbie Harris, Owner
Debbie Harris
Debbie is responsible for running much of the day-to-day business in the office. She founded the business with Carl, and uses her associate degree in office technology to keep the office running smoothly. Her main concern is keeping our customers informed, satisfied and comfortable.
When not with Carl or their three sons, Debbie enjoys ‘girl time’ with her friends and sisters.

Sandy’s friendly voice is likely the first one you’ll hear when you call Real Comfort Systems. She has been working with us for three years, and has been in the heating and air conditioning field for nine years.
Honest, conscientious and dependable are the three words she uses to describe her co-workers, and she praises Carl and Debbie as good family people with a strong moral code and a genuine dedication to their customers.
Her job is to provide courteous, respectful and efficient service to you, our valued customers!

Heath is the new kid on the block, and has been with Real Comfort Systems since August of 2011.
Heath quickly became part of the family because he believes in treating our customers the way he would like to be treated. As a family-owned company, Heath feels Real Comfort Systems is more customer-oriented than some of the corporations he has worked for in his 13 years as an HVAC service provider.
At home, Heath’s three children depend on Dad to be their pancake chef! In addition to cooking, Heath enjoys eating, reading and music.
